Essay log 2, Christmas etc…

So just about finished essay. I am tidying up my quotes, footnotes and bibliography. As mentioned, I haven’t written a literature essay since school and that was a very different thing altogether. God help me. Would be happy just to pass with this first one, know I will have got, possibly quite a lot, wrong, and hoping very much for a lot of feedback to help me improve for next one!! Up until Monday, I wasn’t sure I was capable of it anymore. so grateful for seminars!!!

Bought a new Christmas stocking and my 83 year old mother embroidered my initial on it which, I’m afraid, had me crying. See below.

As I have said so many times before, sometimes I need social media but mostly I think it is an unsafe and unhealthy space. Apart from that I don’t know how to post about normal life things while there are Palestinians posting about genocide and starvation in the same space. I have tried and it somewhat sickens me. I could not help feeling almost disgusted with myself.
